Summit Management (hereinafter “Summit Management”, “we”, “us”) places great importance on protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

This Privacy Policy applies to any former, current, or potential model, talent, or influencer represented by Summit Management (“Talents”), as well as clients, business partners, collaborators, and visitors to our website. Where relevant, it also applies to parents or legal guardians of Talents represented by us.

2. SUMMIT MANAGEMENT AS DATA PROCESSOR

3.4 Talents

3.4.1 Scouting

If you participate in a dialogue, open call, or apply for representation, we process the information you provide to assess your profile and potential representation.

3.4.2 Representation

If you enter into a representation agreement with Summit Management, we process personal data to establish, manage, and administer the relationship, including contracts, assignments, payments, and compliance with legal obligations.

Where necessary, sensitive personal data may be processed strictly in accordance with applicable law and based on your explicit consent.

3.5 Business partners and suppliers

We process contact details of business partners and suppliers as part of contract management and operational activities.

3.6 Job applications

If you apply for a job with Summit Management, we process the information you submit for recruitment purposes.
